1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the wrong or damaged product is delivered.
• No returns are accepted for taste preference or partial consumption.

3. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photos or videos of the damaged product are mandatory.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Delayed delivery due to courier or external factors.
• Incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Customer unavailability at delivery location.
